The occasion of Durga Puja is not the same as every puja in Kolkata. Goddess Durga here rides the tiger rather than lion, as we see everywhere.
It's based on a theme of wildlife conservation, to create awareness among people towards the protection of wild animals against poaching & hunting.
It's a small family affair with a lot of attention from every sphere of society.
